These chocolate chip cookies are an absolute favorite around here. They are light and fluffy, yet still deliciously chewy. Making these cookies is also a great opportunity for the tiny tots to get involved. My two year old was having a ball being mama’s little helper today- pouring, mixing, rolling, sneaking bites of dough when I wasn’t looking… he was also having a ball eating WAY to many chocolate chips before they could even make it in to the cookie dough batter! Even with all his… assistance… my kitchen still managed to stay decently clean. These are just that easy to make!
Usually, these cookies don’t last long in my house so it’s hard for me to give proper storing tips. They typically make it from the oven, to the counter, to our mouths VERY quickly. If you by chance do have leftover cookies, I would recommend storing them in an airtight container in the fridge. — If you try freezing, do us all a big favor and let us know how it works in the comment section below!– Also, this recipe can easily be cut in half for smaller batches, if need be.
Thanks for stopping by;)
